Established in 1973, Elwood designs, manufactures and distributes a diverse line of industrial automation and fluid power equipment. The company's high performance motors group designs, manufactures and distributes servo and standard steppers motors for extreme and/or specialty environments. Elwood supplies OEM accounts with specialty motors as well as end users with replacement motors that have been produced over the years and are integral to a customer's production process. The fluid power group designs and manufactures high pressure, low viscosity hydraulic valves and systems for water, soluble oil and other low viscosity applications. Elwood focuses on global sourcing of precision-machined components for its hydraulic valves.

Managed Packaging Systems is a value-added distributor of flexible packaging equipment and materials. The Company utilizes its extensive flexible packaging industry experience and relationships with high end equipment manufacturers to provide unique packaging solutions to customers, targeting programs that drive substantial follow-on material revenue.

	RF Controls has developed technology that can read Radio Frequency Identification ("RFID") tags with much greater accuracy and at far greater distances than current technology. This enhanced ability will allow RFID to become cost effective and commonplace across any industry in which supply chain, inventory and asset management are important. The Company generates revenue through selling its smart antenna along with the related hardware and software.
	Malabar International is a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of aircraft jacks, hydraulic, coolant and other fluid dispensers, wheel and brake changers, nitrogen service carts and other specialized equipment for aircraft maintenance and support, known in the industry as Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Recognized for high quality and highly engineered products, Malabar has brand name awareness and a strong market share in aircraft jacks, and is currently rolling out a new line of coolant fluid dispensers in partnership with Boeing for use on the 787 program.
